“The owner initially didn't recognize me, leaving my friend and me cold and wet outside. But once inside, he proved to be a very nice gentleman who worked hard to fix the heater and hot water, even though we were without them for the night. He did his best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Downside: the place wasn't obvious to find.”
